MorphoBlue is a next-generation, prestained microscope slide developed specifically for sperm morphology evaluation, offering improved staining quality, cleaner background, and shorter time than traditional Diff-Quik.

The acrosome stains a light blue, while the sperm head appears dark blue. The midpiece takes on a distinctly intense blue, followed by a gradually lighter blue along the tail, with the end piece displaying the palest shade.
